i am Energetic Smoothie

Today’s healthy recipe is “The smoothie”. Drink that is made with milk or yoghurt and you add fruit and vegetables to your choice.

In the case of this smoothie, I have chosen the banana as the main fruit. Its high content of carbohydrates, make it one of the largest energy sources of plant origin. Its composition contains 3 different types of sugar, but it is compensated by its low level of fat and its high fiber content that helps the rapid absorption of sugars, giving you immediate vitality

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas

150 ml of almond milk

2 dates

1 kiwi

blueberries

2 spoons of oats opos

Cinnamon

In a blender add milk, bananas, oats, dates, half kiwi and a pinch of cinnamon. Once is ready add the rest of the cut kiwi and the blueberries.
