Crispy seed
The seeds contain protein, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated fats, are sources of fiber, vitamin B, vitamin E, potassium and iron.
1 cup brown rice
1 tablespoon unwashed raisins
5 tablespoons of arooz molasses
4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of pumpkin seed
Cinnamon powder
Preparation
Wash seeds and dry them in the pan (3 minutes)
Heat the molasses and add all the ingredients and stir
Pour into a mold previously painted with oil and flatten well (leave two centimeters thick) with the spatula or with wet hands.
Let it cool and cut
