Organic Chicken Fajitas

The fajita is a very healthy dish because it contains all the nutrients of a balanced meal. The vegetables used in this recipe, such as peppers and onions, contain high levels of vitamin A and C that help prevent cell damage and aging.

On the other hand chicken contains high levels of protein, which help to take care of bone loss of the body when we get older and increases the levels of serotonin in the brain.

Ingredients:

1 organic chicken breast

1/2 red pepper

1/2 yellow pepper

1/2 onion

Salt and pepper to taste

1 clove garlic

Cereal tortillas

For the toppin:

1 yogurt

1 lemon

ciboullete

In a pan, with a little coconut oil, sauté the onion and the peppers previously cut. Add the garlic and chicken and let cook. Add salt and pepper

For the topping stir the yogurt with the lemon and the ciboullete.

Assemble the chicken and vegetables inside the tortilla and fold (I always use toothpicks to keep the shape)
