Fruit and Veg Juice

 

The smoothie is wonderful for our body because it contains all the vitamins in our food, which help us maintain a healthy diet. The liquefied is a very easy way to eat your fruits and vegetables as it extracts all the vitamin juice from the food and leaves us only the best, to take it in a fast and delicious way

Today’s experience is a smoothie of prunes, which help us with constipation, raw coconut to burn fat and kale; a superfood that will leave us with all the energy to start the morning.

 

Ingredients:

3 mature prunes

1/4 raw coconut

5 sheets of kale

100 cc of water

Cut the fruits and pass them through the blender. Add water, stir and enjoy
