Millet hamburger
Millet is a cereal rich in fiber and carbohydrates. It can be used in many ways since its cooking is extremely easy and fast, in addition to the fact that there are endless dishes to use this wonderful grain. Today we will make Burgers since they are delicious, quick to make and gives this food a sweet tooth.
1 cup millet (1 millet - 2 ½ water)
2 onions
3 carrots
Sunflower seeds
1 bay leaf
Salt and oil
preparation:
Sauté the onions with oil and salt for 15 minutes, then add the carrot, bay leaf, millet and water and cook for 35 minutes
Add the sunflower seeds and make a hamburger shape
Put a little oil in a pan and brown them.
It's time for a delicious burger .
