Home made Granola i am

The granola is a beneficial food for our health, it is very satisfying and contains no fat. This high fiber food composition helps our digestive process by eliminating cholesterol, fats and toxins.


350 grams of whole oats

1 1/2 cup of almonds

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/3 cup coconut oil

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1/3 tablespoon of salt

In a bowl mix all the cereals, seeds, salt and cinnamon. Heat the honey until it is liquid and add, along with the coconut oil, to the cereals.

In a baking tray put all the granola well spread. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees and take out. Again stir the mixture with a wooden spoon and bake for 4 more minutes to finish browning.

Let cool and serve with yogurt, milk and or fruit
