Quinoa Paella
Quinoa is a wonderful grain for its high percentage of fiber and protein, it helps us muscles and give us immense energy.
2 cups cooked quinoa
3 onions cut into small squares
4 carrots cut into slices
1 roasted red pepper
½ cup peas
Pumpkin seeds
Raw parsley
2 bay leaves
Oil, salt, turmeric
Preparation
Poach the onions in olive oil, the bay leaf and the salt. Add the carrots with a little water, cover and cook for 15 minutes
Add the cooked cereal, turmeric and red pepper. Mix carefully so as not to break vegetables
Wash, dry and add seeds
Boil green peas for 3 minutes and put on top
Decorate and serve
