500 grams of buckwheat
300 ml of water
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup of seeds or nuts
Forget oil

Preparation
Let the whole grain wheat soak overnight and drain before use.
Beat the soaked and drained wheat with the 300ml of water. Let it ferment for 15 hours
Add salt, seeds or nuts carefully so as not to lower the wheat bubbles
Brush a bread oven mold with a little olive oil on all sides. Put the dough in the pan and bake at 180 degrees for an hour
