1 beet

100 cc of almond or cow milk

Lemon droplets

1/2 apple

Boil water, peel and cook the beet (split the vegetable into 3 for easy cooking)

Once cooked grind in the blender with milk and apple. Finally, add the lemon droplets.Can eat cold or warm

To add an amount of protein, you can incorporate a mini mozzarella cheese on top of tofu.
