Bbq Chicken Wings i am style
This quick recipe was born in the United States, but has been around the world adapting to the tastes of each society.
Chicken wings are one of my favorite recipes since this type of meat contains no carbohydrates or sugar, has a minimum amount of fat and high protein level. Rich in vitamin B3, A, B6 and B9, white meat helps your body’s process for energy and the creation of red blood cells in your blood
Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
1/4 cup white vinegar
400 grams of barbecue sauce
3 spoons of honey
3 spoons of teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup of soy sauce
Olive oil
Tabasco
2 cloves of garlic
In a pot, with hot oil, brown the chicken wings on all sides. Reserve
In the same pot brown the garlic and then add the wings. Add soy sauce, barbecue, vinegar, honey and teriyaki. Lower to medium heat and let cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is soft (when it is easily removed from the bone) Add tabasco to taste and let stand for 10 minutes with the lid on.
