Apricot and mirabelle cake

Today’s recipe I have prepared with mirabelles and apricots from my garden.

A recipe that can be made in less than 20 minutes and its delicious

Mirabelles provide us with vitamin C to take care of our immune systems and antioxidants to take care of our skin and brain.

Preparation:

1 cup whole wheat flour

¼ cup coconut oil

⅓ cup of water at room temperature

½ teaspoon of salt

For the interior

Choose mirabelles or any other fruits you want and put them in a pan with a drizzle of coconut oil until creating a jam.

For more sweetness you can add honey, agave or coconut sugar

Put it  in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy
