Quiche with pesto and caramelized onion
Today's preparation is easy to perform, high in nutrients and of course, finger-licking.
The taste of basil mixed with a little garlic, pine nuts and olive oil is perfect for this quiche, because with this sauce we add potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, quality proteins, healthy fats and antioxidants.
For the dough we will need:
Ingredients:
500 grams of Oatmeal
250 grams of soy butter or olive oil
3 units of Eggs or 3 tablespoons of flax meal and 9 tablespoons of water

1 pinch of sugar
Mix the flour with the salt and sugar. Incorporate the fat and eggs. Work with your hands and let cool in the refrigerator.
Once the mixture is moldable, leave it fine and smooth with the uslero and place it in the quiche container.
For the pesto we will need:
Ingredients:
1 basil bouquet
1/4 of the amount of basil in coriander
Olive oil (Necessary to get the consistency of creamy pesto)
1 garlic
Pinions
1 pinch of salt
Take out basil and coriander leaves and add them together with the garlic and olive oil and grind with Mini Pimer. Water pine nuts to taste and reserve
For the caramelized onion we will need:
Ingredients:
2 large onions
Port or sweet wine
Splash of olive oil
Feather cut the onion and sauté together with the olive oil in a frying pan. When it is soft, incorporate the sweet wine and cook for 30 minutes until the onion is purple and sweet and the wine has completely evaporated.

Now that we have our quiche dough in our container, we will incorporate the pesto, a little cheese and the onion on top. Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees until the dough is cooked.
