i am Berries Mini Cake
This creation was born a couple of years ago, when I had to get a dessert quickly and we did not have much in the kitchen. I took the bases to make a cake and with the fruit that I had, I set the candy. I remember that the chef was amazed and included it in the restaurant’s dessert list; since that moment, this fast and delicious dessert has become a star in my cooking courses and with my friends.
Including red fruits as antioxidants and flour as an energy source, I leave this recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons of butter
6 tablespoons of milk
1 egg yolk
Vanilla
Syrope
1 apple
4 cups of red fruits
1/2 cup of jam
With a napkin, the molds can be used to prevent the dessert from sticking to the container (it can be butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc.)
Mix the red fruits, the marmalade and a little vanilla extract. Pour the fruits in a bowl
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, butter, milk, yolk and a little syrop. Stir until you create a dough
With a spoon put the dough on top of the red fruits until filling 3/4 of the container
Cook for 30 minutes at 190 degrees
