Pita Bread

Bread is the seed of life, it has been in our diet for hundreds of years and it is still a fundamental part of our way of feeding ourselves.

The recipe that I want to give away today is an Indian recipe and its name is Pan Pita. This bread gives us, thanks to its flour, a high amount of fiber and low calorie portions.

Ingredients :

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons of baking soda or yeast

2 tablespoons of oil

1 cup of water or milk

Preparation

Mix everything and let it rest for 20 minutes so that the yeast takes effect

Divide into 8 equal parts and let rest another 10 minutes

With a rolling pin, give it the shape of pita bread and cook in the pan

Accompany with what you want and enjoy!
