Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower

250 grams of striped cheese

1 tablespoon of chia and 3 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon fresh yeast

50 grams of oatmeal

Take chia and water and stir with a fork until it has egg consistency, add the yeast and let stand.

On a grater, grate the cauliflower in a bowl and dry it with napkins. Add the cheese, flour and chia with the yeast, mix with hands and let stand for 15 minutes.

Mount the mixture in the form of very thin pizza on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from oven and add tomato sauce, cheese, tomato and onion

Return to the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish with basil
