Tarta de Boniato con salsa de algarroba
Sweet potato is a sweet vegetable and sweetness is necessary because it gives us a state of peace and tranquility. We can use it for savory dishes but also to create sweets such as today's example. I leave you a wonderful recipe to lick your fingers
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 spoons of raisins
6 apples, peeled and chopped
1 spoon of agar-agar
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Rice molasses
Salt and cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Place sweet potatoes, apple, raisins, salt, agar-agar and cinnamon in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. low. Cook for 30 minutes like a compote
Scoop out the cinnamon, puree and add zest and mix well.
Heat molasses and mix with seeds to make a tart base

Vegetable milk
Carob powder
Rice molasses
Cornstarch
Orange zest
Cinnamon hint
Nuts
preparation:
Heat the vegetable milk, add carob powder to taste, touch of cinnamon molasses, touch of orange zest.
